Brief Description ACT! is the world’s best selling CRM system. An entry-level solution yet offers many of the tools seen in advanced products.

ACT! is available in 3 versions for small to medium sized organizations:

ACT! 2007 – standard version supports between 1 – 10 users sharing the same contact database.
ACT! Premium for Workgroups – providing greater scalability and performance for larger teams and workgroups with higher volumes of data. Available in 2 (EX & ST) editions for flexible deployment options.
ACT! Premium for Web – online access through a web browser. Deployed as standalone solution or in combination with ACT! Premium for Workgroups.

GoldMine is a mid-market solution providing an extensive array of facilities and tools including in-depth reporting capabilities and enables much greater control over user access.

Designed for medium sized companies or departments within larger corporations with 2 versions to cater for different sized requirements.

GoldMine Standard Edition – built on dBASE technology.
GoldMine Corporate Edition – built on Microsoft SQL architecture.

GoldMine is an advanced product which can exchange data with other internal data systems.

GoldMine is best suited to competent computer users although customization of the interface is possible for beginners.
