- EX Edition: Support from 5 to around 30 users. Supplied with Microsoft SQL 2005 Express.*

ACT! Premium for Web (EX & ST Edition)
- Can operate as a standalone system or in combination with ACT! Premium for Workgroups (EX or ST Editions).
- Real time access to live contact data through a web browser - no local installation required.
- Data is held within firewalls on clients server.
- EX Edition: Support from 5 to around 30 users. Supplied with Microsoft SQL 2005 Express.*
- ST Edition: Supporting larger teams with up to as many as 50 or more users. Supplied with MS SQL 2005 Standard Edition & MS SQL 2005 Express Edition to leverage dual processors and Server OS optimization.*
General ACT! information
- All applications in the ACT! product family are licensed on a named user basis. You must hold 1 licence per user.
- For client installations of ACT! 2007 and ACT! Premium for Workgroups (EX/ST Editions) we strongly recommend each PC/laptop possesses at least 1GB of RAM.
- If you already use an earlier version of ACT! you are entitled to upgrade user licences on a like-for-like basis.
* Sage Software offers a recommendation of up to 30 users for ACT! Premium for Workgroups and ACT! Premium for Web (EX Editions) and up to 50 users for ACT! Premium for Workgroups and ACT! Premium for Web (ST Editions). Actual scalability and number of users supported will vary based on hardware and size and usage of the database.
